Richer Flavor. Better Marbling.

Pork That Tastes Like Pork Should

We raise heritage-breed pigs because flavour matters. Good marbling, richer flavour and juicy pork are the goal, not producing the fastest-growing pig possible. We want to raise pork we're excited to put on our own table.

A Good Life Matters

Our standard is simple: Their final day should be their only bad day.

Our pigs enjoy fresh air, proper nutrition, room to move, and respectful care from day one. It leads to healthier, happier pigs and a higher quality product for our family.

Quick FAQ

What cuts are included.

A whole or half hog can include a wide variety of cuts such as pork chops, roasts, ribs, tenderloin, ground pork, sausage, bacon and ham, depending on the processing options you choose.

Bulk customers will be able to select their preferred cuts through a cut sheet before processing. Exact options may vary by processor.

How much freezer space do I need?

As a rough guide, plan for approximately:

Half hog: 2.5–3.5 cubic feet of freezer space

Whole hog: 5–7 cubic feet

Actual space required will depend on the size of the pig and the cuts you choose.

Do you offer smaller quantities?

Yes. We plan to offer freezer boxes for customers who aren’t ready for a whole or half hog.

These will contain a mix of useful everyday cuts and are a great way to try our pork without needing a large freezer.

Individual cuts may also be available depending on inventory. These will be available starting fall 2027.

How does purchasing a whole or half hog work?

It’s easier than it sounds.

You reserve your pork with a deposit, choose your preferred cuts before processing, and we take care of raising the pig and arranging professional processing.

Is your pork organic?

No. We are not certified organic.

Instead, we focus on practices we can show our customers directly: pasture access, animal welfare, corn- and soy-free feed, responsible land management and transparency about how the animals are raised.

Is the pork professionally inspected?

Yes. Pork sold to our customers will be processed through an appropriate licensed/inspected facility and packaged for your freezer.

Do you offer delivery?

We offer Calgary-area delivery along with farm pickup. Exact delivery areas, schedules and fees will be announced before orders are ready.
